From Discovery Open-Source Development Group :WAV2MP3 Wizard is one of the easiest and lightest conversion programs, allowing newbies to professional users to convert any WAV, MP3 or OGG Vorbis file. It has preset profiles, so that the user doesn't have to change any setting, just select the files and let the program do the rest. It's open-source, written in VB6 and uses the open-source encoders LAME, BladeEnc and OGG Vorbis.
Version 3.2.354 adds support for FLAC encoder, MP3 re-encoding option and a new First Run Setup Wizard which should let you set some options before your first run.

Version: WAV2MP3 Wizard 3.2.3
"Program still needs tweaking"
Pros: Small file download, compact screen, option to eliminate splash screen in installation, straight forward appearance. Converted ogg to wav in a snap.
Cons: Takes more intuition from the user than is built into the program. Developer claims user-friendliness, however, it would not convert wav to mp3 after several attempts. Ironically.

Version: WAV2MP3 Wizard 3.2.3
Pros: Quite Easy.
Cons: Misleading info. Thought it would convert my flac files straight into mp3. Instead you have to convert flac to wave and then from wave to mp3 (few).
I cant see why it cant save a temporary wave from flac and then replace it with an mp3 in one go if that root is necessary.
Thanks anyway though.
