"It has a lot of possibilities"
Pros: You can set up message style help for your web page. It has a great design and is easy to use.
Cons: It DOES have limitations!!!!! There is a fee for voice and/or video conversations. So only download this if you are going to use text only support/chat. (Or pay the fee.)
