From Microsoft :The operation of upsizing a local Visual FoxPro database to a remote Microsoft SQL Server database on another computer might fail, because of the new bulk insert support that has been added to the SQL Server Upsizing Wizard. This update addresses a known issue associated with the remote SQL Server database not finding the bulk insert file. This issue applies only to the English shipping version of Visual FoxPro. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
