• Not worth the download; not free, license needed

  Pros

  I can't identify any; this download is useless. I have no idea why CNET has it here, since it cannot be used with a license key and is definitely NOT free.

  Cons

  You can waste an hour or more downloading and installing, but not be able to use it to compile a program because you need a license key, and there's no info on how to get one. It's a lengthy install, including two computer restarts. You only learn that it's useless when you try to use it and it says "no license key" and does nothing for you.

  Summary

  This download should be removed. It serves no purpose other than to waste time and cause some ill will toward MicroFocus.

  Summary

  I couldn't get it to download and install. It only downloaded 78.7 MB of 330.7 MB. Install reports not a win32 executable. tried 3 times. Running Windows XP Service pack 3.
