VOSI.biz Email Backup is designed to be very similar to VOSI.biz File Explorer, which are used by a lot of users. The dual-pane interface allows users to easily drag & drop e-mails/mail-boxes/address books from their local PC to VOSI.biz online email system. Users can change the interface to only show local emails or VOSI.biz emails. Backed-up emails and contacts can be accessed from anywhere over the Web. The main features include:
- The most important feature of VOSI.biz Email Backup is it can backup and restore emails one by one. Almost all other email backup software can only backup / restore Outlook .pst files, you cannot backup / restore a single email. Because .pst files are very large and locked when you are using Outlook, it takes a long time to backup or restore your emails; if backup fails in the middle, you might have to start all over again.What's new in this version: Version 2.0 Build 126 supports Windows 2008 and Windows 7, and Address Book (contact) backup.

"works better than other Outlook backup software"

Pros
like the user interface, simlilar Explorer or FTP, can drag and drop emails from Outlook to remote web mail. Also can drag and drop addresses.
Cons
fairly reliable, but sometimes crashes. Once all emails are backed up, it is more reliable.
Summary
As claimed, it is indeed more efficient than PST backup software. It can actually backup emails and contacts one by one and never backup the same emails and contacts again. With PST backup, will backup the whole PST files again and again, which is much slower. Great idea and great product.
