"Download doesn't work"

Pros: None - software install doesn't work, reflects bad on the company.

Cons: Again, the software install doesn't work.

Summary: Thought it would be a great product, but did couple of searches even off of google and the software install didn't work. Bad reflection on the company who is trying to promote their product.
