You can speculate on a fully working stock market (and even influence its outcome). You can modify people's academic or criminal records. You can divert money from bank transfers into your own accounts. You can even take part in the construction of the most deadly computer virus ever designed.

Version: Uplink: Hacker Elite 1
Pros: i love this game--too bad it's only a demo. i got to figure out how to hack into banks and steal money but the demo runs out at that point. the music is cool too. you never get bored of it. i recorded the songs and put it on my ipod so now i listen to it everywhere. the display looks tight and i love it. i think i am going to buy the actual game.
Cons: its a demo.

Version: Uplink: Hacker Elite 1
Pros: Totally sweet, pretty close on some little hacking ideas (dont look at me i dont hack) cough cough, any ways DOWNLOAD THIS IT IS AWSOME!!!!! 10x's better than Digitall Hazard, i mean these people thought about a game plan here and prevailed. You Actually had to work instead of always being told what to type and stuff like that. Highly Recommended!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: its a DEMO on 4 levels beat it in about 30-45 min (playing it twice, but doing more)!

Version: Uplink: Hacker Elite 1
Pros: It is a heart pumping expierience, definitely not the way hackers do it , but fun non the less. It gives the player a basic understanding of how the internet works and makes you want to look over your shoulder whenever the "A popup has been blocked" warning comes up!
Cons: 4 Levels on demo or 1 hour gameplay.
IF I really had to go and amplify my stupidity id have to say the tutorial is "hard-to-grasp" wink-wink .

Version: Uplink: Hacker Elite 1
Pros: You guys can get this at a library. Just download Uplink from the disk and you can play it forever without the disk. I have this game, it's freakin' awesome.
