Totally useless if your market is not US based. You can't enter Counties, Post Codes, phone or fax numbers.

Easy to follow buttons. Was able to add all my client information and items I sell. Then creating a sales orders was surprisingly quick. Automatically created an invoice and a receipt after cash sale. Track who owes me money. Nice scheduler.

Downloading took a few minutes.
Summary
I would highly recommend this program for anyone selling from their home or small business. For the price this application gave me everything I needed to keep track of my customers, what I sold to whom and for how much and which of my sales persons sold it. The reports are pretty convenient and comprehensive plus there were filters like date ranges or particular customers. Haven't taken advantage of it yet but I can keep a phone log of who I talk to on the phone. There's even a task manager. The scheduler will come in handy as I set up appointments for my home visits. It took a few minutes to download and some more time to enter all of my company info, but you only need to add what you want. Pretty cool application, there was a lot of thought put into this one. It was a lot easier to use than Quickbooks, though QB is a better accounting program. This programs financial reports are good enough to give to my bookkeeper. I noticed, like QB, I could set up the financials as either a cash basis or accrual basis.
