Set up clients, contacts and leads. Track deals and view progress by month, employee, or stage. Generate and track business activity through separately managed sales estimates and sales orders. Convert estimates to sales orders by a button click. Create copies of sales orders and estimates by a button click. Manage daily tasks and deadlines through an integrated master activity log (general to-do tasks, client communications, follow-ups, complaints, deal tasks, and appointments). Perform advanced search in all major system functions. Link external documents to a client's record. Set and print schedules with clients. Setup parts and services, suppliers, employees, company sites, organization description, state tax rates, and states/region/provinces. Create reports for sales activity and all system databases and functions. Export reports into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Send email to clients using Microsoft Outlook (must have Outlook pre-installed on your computer). Import and export clients / contacts to and from Microsoft Outlook. Initiate calls directly to clients from within the system using Skype (must have Skype pre-installed on your computer). Backup and restore the database using built-in functions. Import existing part information databases. The program supports international currencies. Also available: 1) Share the CRM database between licensed users through the Universal Client CRM Multi-user edition, 2) additionally create invoices, enter payments and manage returns through the Universal Client Sales Manager Pro edition.
What's new in this version: New Features in 3.1: Application opens directly to client information screen. Client information screen has new buttons to access System Management and for display of client report. Example part and employee records added for use in trial version. Fixed the estimate screen to allow for estimate number to be changed to custom number.

Pros
Just spent 80 bucks on this software because I wanted tbe financial side of it.. .and it doesn't work. I should have realized when they gave two addresses... and haven no phone number for support... my mistake, don't make the same mistake that I did.
Cons
They use the financial part of the package to suck you in, and it doesn't work. 80 dollars later, and disappointed.`
Summary
No support, financial side of the software doesn't work.
Basically I have entered many clients... I try to run a summary of all clients and every time receive a message that says "the openreport action was cancelled. This happens for every financial part of the package and a few other area's. 80 dollars later very disappointed.

Seemed just what I needed for my one-person home business.

AFTER downloading, when the installer did not start, I found the following on the company's downloads page:
Following are the perquisites [sic] for our products.
- Microsoft Dot Net Framework 2.0 (Free Runtime)
- Report viewer (Free Runtime)
- SQL Server 2005 onwards
PLEASE ADD THIS INFO to the CNET review's tech requirements list.Summary
The software company should also have a popup at the beginning of the download process indicating requirements. It does show space needed.

Unable to use for UK as it is formatted to US phone numbers, zip codes and towns.

Totally useless if your market is not US based. You can't enter Counties, Post Codes, phone or fax numbers.
