It runs on Java so can be slow. Does not properly support ReplayGain on Ogg Vorbis files, despite claims to the contrary. Poor customer service - unhelpful responses received only after several weeks.
Summary
If you're not interested in ReplayGain, this product is probably OK, provided your computer spec can cope with running Java applications. It is not particularly cheap to purchase, and the forums are not particularly active if you have questions. Based on my experiences, post-sale support is poor.

I liked the product until it started to crash while I was DJ-ing.

I was using the latest version (MAC V 2.3.4) to DJ but after a few embarrassing situations where the software would freeze and I had to force quit I decided to switch to TRAKTOR, the company was no help in resolving the problem.
Summary
The problem occurs when I was using mostly MP3 files and I accidently loaded a .WAV file that it did not like. The product should have given an error message not freeze/crash. I had to uninstall all files pertaining to the product and do a complete re-install to get the program working again. As I mentioned I did not get any response from the company when I reported the problem.
