I'd recommend getting version 2.12 from the publisher (the SQL script is more complete).

Pros: Multi-Lingual is OK. (Inclduing 2 Bytes Language, like Korean, Chinese, Japanese)
Cons: Simple Setup. However if you are not a IT Developer, may difficult.
