If you have 60 seconds, you can make a simple screensaver from your favorite photos, videos, music, and Flash animations with Ultra Screen Saver Maker. In our tests, it took less than a minute to generate a self-installing screensaver from 50 images and an MP3 file. The intuitive interface lets you make a screensaver quickly the first time you ever use the program. The program is omnivorous in regards to the format of your input files. A run of the mill screensaver programme. Nothing special and very slow even on a fast system. Will do the basics if you can be bothered to wait for it.
Cons
Non-existent customer support. Bought a version but when they updated it wouldn't accept the registration key they had supplied. A further week on they still hadn't managed to even reply. This has happened so often it's not even worth bothering with. If you can find another product you like then use it.

i downloaded it last night. it is just fantastic. i intend to use it for a commercial product. it has all the necessary features, without the fancy useless ones, to me anyway. super easy to master. and the result WORKS! and not just on my pc! the executable file works flawlessly. not like some other more expensive softwares i've tried.
download it, you will buy it

the only thing that bothers me is the 'ultra screen saver' tag on the file. i don't want my competitors to know which software i'm using.

Here's a screen saver maker tha anyone can master within a matter of few minutes. All the basic features including transition effects, background music capability, image shuffle and custom text overlay are very easy to use. In addition to jpg support, flash movies and/or mpeg/avi clips can also be incorporated in your project. A handy preview option allows you to view your progress and make as many changes until you're satisfied. Finally an 'exe' or "scr" file can be created with a single click! Several additional features are coming with the next upgrade (in beta since May 2004) if only the developer would get off his butt and release it! In any case, most users will find that this program offers a ton of features and a very friendly user interface for under $20.

ok, i have no idea what in the actual program is causing this, but it HORRIBLY slowed down my entire pc (and i have a fast system). Even after i made a video screensaver it barely would even load up on the actual screensaver section of my pc. It just came to a screeching halt. Im on winXp. I have tried other screensaver makers that do the samething and they worked fine. So yes it does appear to make a screensaver, but trying to get it to even work afterwards was an entirely differen't ballgame
