Version: Ultimate++ IDE 2007.1
Pros: Its easy to use, simple and a one-click installer. It did not require any extra components like Cygwin (its comes with MinGW).
Cons: I have not found any till now

"Best lightweight, easy to use RAD C++ IDE ever used!"
Pros: Simple, easy to learn and use.
Cons: No major cons. Small "nice to have" almost implemented in 2008.1 release. Great job!
