• Fails with Windows 7 and won't uninstall completely

  None since it never worked.

  Cons

  It won't run on windows 7. A window with an error message pops up when I try to run it. Also, it won't completely uninstall because it still is visible in my list of installed programs after uninstalling it. What a POS.

  Don't download it if you are running Windows 7

  Pros

  it could potentially help somebody that is trying hard to get their business off the ground and this seems like it will be a great stepping stool to put it together.

  Cons

  they have not made a save button, that can be a potential hazard knowing that you it will be nearly impossible for you to remember all your thoughts and ideas without being organized and not having anything saved.

  You don't have to be connected to the internet. Gives you preset regions to fill out with examples and writes everything properly for you!! Literally stupid-proof...

  You guys don't make a financial planner yet!

  I thought the basic information provided with each section was fine. Each section had the needed subsections available.

  Cons

  The financial section needs to bve set up with a spreadsheet instead of just text entry. That would make the financial numbers easier to deal with.

  Pros

  Thorough explanation of every section that you need to fill in, gives good examples. Lets you edit which sections are printed according to your needs. This is a good program for the beginner and for the expert.

  Cons

  No financial section. The novice will need to look elsewhere for this feature, but that's easy with the internet. Exporting the business plan to a printable file is not readily explained. I'm a techie so I exported it and printed it out with ease, even in XP. The features of Win 7 and Vista will easily export and print it though. If you need help with the exporting and printing, the key here is the format that it is using, and your exact printer to which you send it. The MS XPS document writer will print it out for you, and that is an integral part of the Windows operating system.

  Summary

  I like it very much, it is in perfect line with, and then some more, with a business plan class I took in college. It could use a financial section for the novice user. I'm glad I used it, and I'll keep using it as well as recommend it to others.

  good in terms of understanding what is needed in a business plan.

  Cons

  has a save button that does not work in the free feature, however the only way i found out it did not work was after working on it for three hours, saving the document then opening it the next day only to find everything blank.

  Another company pretending to offer a free tool, but then asking for $99 to make it work!!! I wasted time on installing it and space on my PC

  For the price you pay, you can't really ask for a better place to start when writing your business plan. Glad I've got it!
