USB Safely Remove is an enhanced and hassle-free replacement for Windows safe removal tool. It saves your time and gives you more power on active work with any kind of USB\eSATA devices. Unlike native Windows tool it shows what prevents a device from being stopped and allows you to stop the device forcibly. It has a highly customizable device stopping menu that enables you to hide devices from accidental stopping, rename them or assign images to find the required device in a snap. If you stopped your device and found you forgot to save some additional files on it the program lets you return the device without re-plugging. For active keyboard workers the program allows to stop devices using hotkeys. Additionally it has some unique features such as ability to hide empty card reader slots, fixing drive letter to a specific device, has command line tool, can auto launch programs before and after devices stopping, can power off devices after stopping on Vista and Win 7.

Almost magically succeeds where other options fail. Replaces the miserably unreliable - at least in Vista - 'Safely Remove Hardware' feature.

great software but as above problem paying for the software through plimus.com who handle your payments they dont seem to want to take your money and you end up with product still and can use it for free but with nag screen on it,if you google plimus.com their are potential issues what people are bringing up so be aware and google them before any details get handed over,because they seem more interested in getting your details without taking payment for software

This is the only program out there that lets you know witch files are actively stopping you from safely removing your external storage device.

If you are one of those people who got ridiculous error message saying "Can't stop because it's in use", while wondering what could possibly be using my device? Usb safely remove is the answer to this question. If it?s not able to safely remove your device, it quickly lets you know which files are in use, so you know which ones to stop.

Easy to use, and some times when you get error like "device cannot be removed" then it shows the programs that is using the drive. Very Helpful.

the Graphic can be improved.
