Pros: autorun.inf malware on USB media has become an issue for us. This product prevents infection from new malware that AV doesn't detect.

"It is in my SYSTRAY at every STARTUP TIME"
Pros: So far my USB Protector has not been challenged; I don't think it will be either, unless it has been challenged unbeknownst to me and was handled transparently by the FireWall.
Cons: I have no Cons to Con about.
