From ZIP Code Download:The 5-digit Premium Edition includes a complete list of US ZIP Codes, the default city for each ZIP Code, alternate cities and spellings, states, the primary ZIP Code area code, and individually certified latitude & longitude coordinates.
The list of USA ZIP Codes is available in the following formats: Microsoft Excel 97 (or later), Microsoft Access 97 & 2000 (or later), comma-separated values, fixed-width format, and tab-delimited format. All formats are included with your purchase, and they can be imported into most databases and spreadsheets. Version 1 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

"just a sample, but it told me what I needed to know"
Pros: Ended up buying the program. so far, so good
Cons: Be careful reading the licencing agreements. It's a little confusing.
Summary: I purchased this vendor's over zip-codes.com because his commercal license does not expire after a year.
