Isn't it time you showed your PC who's boss? With TweakNow PowerPack for Windows XP, you can control Windows start-up, optimize RAM use, clean out the Registry, delete junk files, speed up your Internet connection, and enhance your system in various other ways. Among the included utilities is one that quickly displays folder sizes (though you have to switch to Windows Explorer to delete them), and another that creates multiple desktops. To prevent tampering with your computer, TweakNow offers password-protection and backs up system settings so they can be restored if something goes wrong. The demo generously provides unrestricted access during the 30-day trial period--not all programs of this sort do. The individual tools in TweakNow PowerPack for Windows XP are far from the most powerful you can find, but together they make a compelling package for home users who want to juice up their systems.
