"Upgraded TubeSock 3 and it works!"

Pros
I have had TubeSock for quite a few years and find it really useful and quick. It didn't work recently and I was looking into 5.0. I did email Stinkbot and they said to upgrade (free) my TubeSock 3. I did and it worked so no need to buy 5.
Cons
TubeSock 5 does not have an audio only (MP3) option at this time.
Summary
I will hold off on 5 since 3 now works. Here is the URL for the update. When I checked for updates within 3 it told me I was up to date. This is for 3.2. Support got back to me in 48 hours.
