"Trojan killer where other security progs have failed."
Version: TrojanHunter 5.3
Pros
After paid full version the prog downloaded updates. A second deep scan revealed 5 more trojans.Speaks for prog that it did not try to fool before payment & found deep trojans ALL my security progs missed.
Cons
None really. The deep scan is slowish but i would rather have a result worth having.
Summary
Free download spotted one trojan but does not remove until you pay for license. However,on payment & update spotted others & removed. Does not conflict with my other security progs (Advanced system protector, zone alarm, newly installed Avira Premium & malwarebytes).Does not slow down system. Has a Guard system but all I can say is that my frequent deep scans show nil return. On face value, 30 well spent ! I purchased because an email virus attacked my machine despite a multi layer defense. When I initially downloaded I expected several results to encourage you to purchase. The reverse was true.Like it..trust it.

"It's like if it didn't exist but does catch trojans."
Version: TrojanHunter 5.3
Pros
It doesn't catch all of the trojans (Ad-Aware and Spyware Doctor have saved me too) but they can't knok it out eather, so it keeps working and doesn't slowdown my computer.
Cons
A Deep Scan takes too long.
Summary
Although it doesn't appear in my Security Center, it integrates perfectly well to Windows. For Example, it doesn't let me open a folder in My Pictures (where downloads from internet use to be risky) without scanning it first. I have used it for about a year in different computers (XP and Vista 32/64bit) together with Norton AV and 360, AVG, G Data, Counterspy!, Prevx 3.0, SuperAntispyware free and paid versions, Ad-Aware, Spyware Blaster, and other security programs without problems, not even with ZoneAlarm!
