From Audiosoft Network :Lite and Simple Sound Visualizations. TransViz is unique in that all the visualizations have a transparent background. There are various visualizations built-in. To access them or to move or resize the visualization you must first move your mouse over a non transparent part of the visualization. The visualization title bar and buttons will then appear.
The idea is to place TransViz over other windows. TransViz uses data from your sound card so will show anything you hear on your speakers. However it is dependent on your soundcard's recording settings and volume level so make sure to change them if needed.

Version: TransViz 1.3
Pros: No spyware or ads, I guess. Hardly a merit though....
Cons: The visualisations were the most appalling I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. No fullscreen options and still they annoyed me despite their tiny size. Truely pointless product. Think about your target audience and what they want before you waste time making a program.
