  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I've felt ambivalent about the native Dock since it showed up - a love/hate relationship at best - but Trampoline is a fantastic alternative. Easy to use, easy to show/hide, easy to add/remove items from its circle - highly configurable and, unlike Dock, doesn't show up when I don't want it. The developer has thought carefully about its behavior and taken user choice into account at almost every turn. I recommend it as a great Dock alternative.

Frequent updates and the recent addition of a Center Mouse When Opening feature (see prev. suggestion) make T an essential utility worthy of our support. Thank you, and keep up the great work.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I've used and supported this since it was Bullseye. Just keeps getting better - easy, quick, intuitive. One thing that would be really great: a Prefs setting for Always Appear At Center. That way, if you use a hotkey combo and not mouse activation, you could tell Trampoline to always appear at the center of your monitor rather than directly under the mouse (wherever you might have left it). Awesome app I've enjoyed for a couple of years now. Free upgrade for users of Bullseye, too. Keep up the good work!

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />This is a really awesome app, and I see a lot of potential for features that could be added to make it even better From what other users have been saying here, the developers really care about the project so maybe we'll get lucky. I have a folder hierarchy set up for my frequently used apps (Communication, Games, Office, etc). It would be nice if there could be multiple bullseyes, either by interpreting the contents of a folder or setting up a hierarchy in the preferences. For example, clicking a folder in the initial bullseye would bring up a separate bullseye showing the contents of that folder. Another feature some users might find useful is the ability to put address book contacts in their bullseye.

Allowing a configurable mouse click as well as a hot key makes this program nearly perfect. I use a 2 button mouse and I thought that configuring the right button to open Bullseye would conflict with the right click/contextual menu but it doesn't. When I do a quick right click, I get the contextual menu, but when I hold the right button down for perhaps a split second longer, Bullseye pops up. I get the best of both worlds using the right button. Great program. . .keep it up

If you haven't already run "Applications&gt;Applescript&gt;Install Script Menu" and check out the context specific functions of Script Menu. All you would have to do is give us a preference check box to use Script Menu as the list for Bullseye. Then you can use Bullsey almost as a VR type controller for applications. Cool, novel and very functional. I have a dozen professional uses for this; not to mention the hundred or two cool and amazing novelties that could be made with it.

I use dragthing for all the apps that I use on a regular basis, but since I've got a ton of them, the dragthing docks have gotten really large. Bullseye is ideal for storing (and accessing)apps that I don't use regularly like the calculator and color picker and others. I love the fact that it is hidden completely in the background and can be accessed from the keyboard. I know there are other launchers out there ie. quicksilver etc., but I chose Bullseye for it's simplicity and functionality. It suits my purposes very well. One other thing. . .it also appears that the developer really cares about his program because of the frequent updates. Good job.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />... and fairly well executed, but it i didn't find it all that useful -- i'd like to try the "circular" interface with a concept more like LiteSwitch (ie, an app switcher instead of an app launcher); personally i have too many apps to do launching from a circle; if i let Bullseye load all apps in my dock, the result is a bunch of really tiny icons around the edge; it's fairly hard to target them too -- might be more useful in a spiral which adjusts to accomodate a user-set icon size and spacing; for general launching duty, i think DragThing has a lot going for it -- it can put a lot more in a small space; wish i could right-click the items in the bullseye to do things like quit, hide, etc. (see LiteSwitch) a few operational problems: the Bullseye comes up at a smaller size when i'm near edge of screen and is even harder to use; having it launch at mouse location seems clever, but in practice can be awkward -- i'm not always really aware of where i've left the mouse; also managed to get two copies running simultaneously -- thought i had quit and when i relaunched, there were to instances which caused strange issues when activating Bullseye; and Quit menu item isn't properly named
