This Dock-like application features a circular palette that allows users to arrange their selected programs, folders, and files for easy launching. The interface is clear and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring that it integrates well with the Mac desktop environment.

Top Recommended Alternative

Despite its attractive design and functionality, there are concerns about its long-term relevance, especially with the advancements introduced in macOS Leopard. The new Finder and Dock may provide sufficient features to meet users' needs, potentially diminishing the necessity for a third-party launcher like Trampoline. Nonetheless, for users who prefer a personalized launcher experience, Trampoline offers a compelling solution.

Developer’s Description

Circular/radial file launcher.
Trampoline is the shortest route to the things you use most. You have a set of core tools, the things you use many many many times a day. With Trampoline, those things are never more than a few pixels away. Press a hot key, and a circular launcher appears all around your cursor. Every tool you put in the Trampoline is within easy reach. Just move your mouse in the dircetion of the thing you want, and then click. Very shortly, you become used to the placement of your favorite things. Your hand begins to associate moving in a certain direction with opening a certain thing. This is when Trampoline really becomes useful. Before long, it's not something you even think about. Trampoline gets out of your way so you can get your work done. That's the philosopphy of Trampoline: stay out of your way until you need it, then be quick about getting you to the tools you need. No complex learning curve, no training, no time wasted on manuals, although there is a manual if you'd like to read it. In fact, there are even Video Tutorials that show Trampoline in action. Give Trampoline a week and see if it doesn't make getting to the things you use most quicker and easier. Note: Trampoline was once known as Bullseye, but has since gained a new look, many many new features, and a new attitude.
