  You simply won't find another software value like Trakax. The controls are intuitive enough that you can begin doing most things as soon as you install it. If you decide to try something a little more complicated, short videos show you how, and they're viewable right there in the program. You can even activate a "tips" window which displays quick usage tips pertinent to the function currently under the mouse position. There isn't another software maker anywhere that can match the Trakax team for user support. No matter how simple or complicated your question is, you'll get an answer quickly. They take a genuine interest in each user and his question, and they'll stick with you till your issue is resolved. Download this program. You won't be sorry.

  Easy to use (I was a novice and I had no problems using it - the online help is very useful) Value for money - you can't do better than this for value for money, and with the latest free update, it has even more features Quick and easy support - I had a personalised response to my email within 24 hours, which fixed the problem the first time. The response was easy to read (no jargon) and meant I was back making videos in no time. Free updates! Customer service - they're keen to hear from users to find out what improvements/ functions they want.

  Cons

  Previously I would have said no green screen functionality, but this has been added in the latest update.

  Pros

  It works as advertised. If you want to easily edit video and add effects and transitions traxAx is perfect. When you download a trial copy you don't get bombarded with unwanted adware.

  Cons

  I can't think of anything.

  Summary

  I got great support when trying to figure out a few challenges with the software. The online forum was there when I needed them with prompt assistance.

  Should be in top 5 editors ! Lots of cool features not found in some much higher priced editors Has so many editing features Supports so many file formats Fast and easy to learn, so intuitive (Free video tutorials for people who need extra help) One click upload to Youtube Rendering is always spot on Supports picture in picture This can do pretty much everything that the big £500 editors can do at a fraction of the price Customer service and support 5***** (extremely fast response) Even has loops and extras to download from there website Amazing Price

  I recently started a Youtube gaming channel, After trying all the other editors from Adobe/Sony/Cyberlink etc. I found this the easiest to use, as it is soo user friendly and if I got stuck there are tons of free video tutorials. I think this is by far one of the best editors out there for music/video or just to make photo slide shows has a vast array of effects and features that you can just drag and drop and alter with a simple to use interface. This also has all the things you would expect from a top of the line video editor with autocross fades, easily add picture in picture feature. Trakax has too many good points and features to list, so ill say TRY the FREE 15 day trial with no limitations and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!

• Amazingly Intuitive Video Editing Software

  Pros

  Great for the casual editor wanting to venture into more complex video architecture. Wonderful customer support, there is a trove of instructional videos and they'll personally answer your questions to boot. Safe video exporting and minimal crashes. Awesomely intuitive.

  More people need to recognize and support this software! I highly recommend it!!!

• Startup Problem, No fix or help from TrakAx.

  Was an awesome piece of software prior to startup problem.

  Cons

  After a few uses it doesn't startup due to the fact that it does not support multiple concurrent users. Only problem is, there is only ons user logged onto the system. Contacted TraxAx and ultimately the answer was, sorry we can't duplicate it, therefore we have no fix for you. Sorry again. Software is rendered totally useless on my machine.

  - Lots of nice features not found in some much higher priced products. - Easy to use (after watching a couple of video tutorials). - Priced very reasonably. - Great customer support.

  Cons

  For guys like me who like to jump right in without reading any instructions, it's not intuitive enough to just wing it, but just watch a couple of the quick start video tutorials, and you'll be on your way.

  Summary

  After trying some other competing products, it only took me a couple of hours of using the trial version of trakAxPC before deciding to purchase it. It's got lots of nice features that I haven't even scratched the surface of yet. The video tutorials are great and can get you up and running very quickly. Questions posted on their forum are answered quickly and thoroughly. The low price tag is just icing on the cake. I'd be willing to pay much more for this.

  EVERYTHING is to like about this product and I've tried alot of the more expensive Video Editing Software Programmes and TrakAxPC Pro is up there with the big names.

  This product can do most everything the more expensive one's can do and there are also 20 to 30 trakAxpc video tutorials to assist the newbie to the product and they are extremely easy to learn from. Also Customer Support in Ireland is top grade and e.mail response is within 24 hours from my experience. Polite, Friendly and Extremely Helpful too. And there is a 30 day trial after which 'parts' of the product are not available but for the $24.95 asking price you can't go wrong ! But even if you don't buy you still get a limited FREE program so how can you go wrong by trialling it ? I'd highly recommend trakaxPC pro to anyone wanting to edit audio and video files. Just Download it and Try ! This product is just amazing for it's price. It can do just soo much and I am amazed it hasn't been rated here. It should be in the top 20 for Video Editing Software IMHO. I Most Definately give it 5 out of 5 !
