"Best way to sync my iPhone to my new MAC"
Version: TouchCopy 11.02
Pros
I can do just about whatever I want with my Mac or my iPhone being very technically competent. I also feel like I shouldn't have to do something complicated if I can find an easy and simple way. I'm really glad I found TouchCopy because after getting my new Mac I have no problems whatever syncing my iPhone. I get all the information, no drops, nothing left out, everything is transferred reliably. Love this program!
Cons
I don't have any problems or "cons" but after reading some of the other reviews here I would just suggest that you have the most recent update for any equipment you're going to sync. TouchCopy should work great once you do.
Summary
Awesome program and very easy to use.

"TouchCopy saved my iPod info"
Version: TouchCopy 11.02
Pros
I dropped my iPod Touch and it started acting glitchy. I thought I was going to lose all of my information because it wouldn't sync right on my new Mac with iTunes. TouchCopy did it with no problem and I was able to keep everything. Very easy to use, no learning curve, and it did a great job. Very cool.
Cons
None other than having to buy the software, but then I paid a ton for most of what I have on my iPod.
