"Must have development tool if using SVN on Windows"
Version: TortoiseSVN (64-bit) 1.7
Pros
Works wonderfully
Cons
v1.7 introduced some problems for *me*, but perhaps not others. I'm still with v1.6. That will change in time I'm sure, as I or they work out whatever the cause of the problems are.
Summary
Great, excellent, mandatory if using SVN on Windows

"Great tool for using SVN"
Version: TortoiseSVN (64-bit) 1.6.17
Pros
Easy to use, great context menus, versatile
Cons
no *nix port...Windows only :-(
Summary
I have been using Tortoise for many years to manage and use my subversion repos. I think this is one of the best and easiest tools out there.
