Developer’s Description

Store variables and data inside a short URL address.

Jason (labs.laan.com) and Kortina (kortina.net) built Tinydb at appengine hackathon nyc after CC (also of labs.laan.com) wanted to send structured data along with a tinyurl. Tinydb.org's goals are to provide a simple API for writing and reading small chunks of data from anywhere; to serve as a platform upon which twitter applications and javascript widgets can be written; and to circumvent crossdomain.xml in interesting and creative ways. Tinydb.org store some tiny data in a tiny url.
