  The Timesheet template, downloadable from CNET, is available for free and can be downloaded and printed to help keep track of your employees' hours, overtime and due pay.

  Cons

  It's customisable and is simpler than most timesheet software because you can add or remove columns as you require, and fill it in either on the computer or on paper.

  Summary

  This makes it reliable, too, as even if a computer error results in you losing the file or what you have saved, you can still work with a print copy. It saves time and helps to keep you organised, and because it's available for free, it saves money, too.

  Pros

  with a simple macro I was able to totals and insert them into Quckbooks.

  Cons

  I can't think of anything - maybe the colors.
