"Easyway to track thyroid symptoms, meds & lab results!"
Pros: Easy to use -- Tracks all my thyroid symptoms, my med changes, as well as lab values. This tracker makes it easy for my Dr. to see my history at a glance and for me to use it as an easy reference tool.
Cons: N/A -- I like everything about this tracker.
Summary: Easy to use -- Ability to e-mail the tracker so my Endocrinologist can see it before my appt and/or telephone time. My Endocrinologist really likes this tracker.
