Thinix RetroUI Pro (64-bit) is easy to use software that allows you to skip the Start screen in Windows 8, brings back the start button and start menu, makes the taskbar visible from the Start screen, allows you to resize Windows Store apps, allows you to block Windows HotCorners, and includes TabletView. Features include skip Metro, block HotCorners and Charms Bar, RetroUI Start Menu, RetroUI Enforce, easy keyboard shortcuts (Hotkeys), and multi-language.
What's new in this version: Version 3.1.4 corrected issue with TabletView icon in the Taskbar being clipped (cut-off) when the taskbar is located on the left or right sides of the screen and sorting issue in the All Programs view in the Start menu.

Start menu back...check
Skip the touch interface...check
Easy to use....checkCons
Costs money...I tried free ones, this seems way better and $5 isn't that much
