Very easy to use,follow prompts and dvd is loaded and put on a blank disc in a few min's you have a copy on disc and one in the computer.

Summary
Purchased it in September, in late november I had a serious crash and had to reload my operating system. When I went to reload I found out I could not do another download. Have been trying to straiten it out with Roxio's customer dis-service ever since, over a month now. Have never had such lousy service in over 30 years of PC usage...
