This basic database program tracks your weight and body measurements, but lacks features found in more comprehensive diet-management programs.
TheDietTracker's interface is ultra-plain, but you can easily build your database by adding, updating, or deleting items. Since the program doesn't use any particular unit of measurement, you'll easily be able to plot your statistics. Simply enter the date, weight, and measurements including your chest, arm, leg, waist, and neck. From there, entries are shown on the display panel. You can create simplistic reports from your entries and view them in HTML formats, but outputs are unimaginative.
We would have appreciated search and print capabilities, fairly standard tools for a database program. Our biggest disappointment: TheDietTracker overlooks the need for a food log or an exercise tracker, features that would make it a more complete weight loss aid. This simple tool can track the results of your dieting efforts, but it won't help you manage your weight loss program.
