The PhoneThemes Studio Toolkit enables users to easily create, publish and optionally upload animated themes for Nokia Series 60 & Windows Mobile (SmartPhone & PocketPC) devices. The toolkit is free to download and use. Registration is an automatic process and the toolkit is simple to understand and use being based on a Wizard style approach to building animated themes. Create, save, run them on your own phone. Themes backgrounds can come from usual image formats and the movies can be from animated GIFs/PNGs or from BMP/JPG/GIF/PNG frame sequences.

Set the colours and properties as applied to each platform and when you're ready select the device you want to publish to. You can even upload your finished masterpieces online to www.phonethemes.com for sale all over the world. For more information visit our authors area on PhoneThemes.com.
