"Decent Note program"

Pros
It can display web page code and XML code. It tracks of the number of lines and characters you type. It takes only 23 megs. I loaded it with a file of 270,000+ words and it performs fine.
Cons
It can only save in four formats. There is no Help file. However, I can't image people needing one.
