Pros: Free version
Cons: Uploads all your personal data to their site THEN sends it to the IRS. Like I want them having all my personal data, SSN, Bank account numbers, etc?
THINK NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Summary: Not worth the risk

Pros: Price was what first grabbed my attention, but after many years I must say that I would pay 2 or 3 times the price. The pre-buy during the summer discount is great.
It is a breeze to use for my personal as well as my small business tex returns.Cons: Zero. The red CNET Reviews warning box says I have to type more than ZERO, so I'll type another Zero.

"An excellent product which I have used for many years."
Pros: TaxAct has helped me in preparing my yearly return. It makes the difficult problems simple in their entirety. Problem solving is built in to the program which encourages continued use.
Cons: The fact that it doesn't tell me I have a greater income than I do - that's dull humor, but I don't recall anything I don't like about it.
