A program almost as unassuming as its name (it doesn't even require installation), TV does little more than find Internet TV channels on the Web and play them back using RealPlayer and Windows Media Player. We liked the slick interface for choosing TV channels, which you can browse by country, language, and category (sports, music, news, education, and shopping). However, we do wish navigating categories was more straightforward, and the ability to store your favorites would be a nice addition. If you don't want to search for channels on the Web yourself, TV is worth downloading. Otherwise, you can easily get by with a browser and Microsoft Media Player.Publisher's description

"very frusrating. could not make it work for me. removed"
Pros: downloaded quickly.
Cons: recieved very few connections. and NO foriegn ones.
Summary: The only foreign thing I recieved was a repeating clip of two Japanese guys shouting at a camera, and a noisy(high freq) test pattern on another Japanese ch. When I selected, it would load up, buffer, and indicate ready. When I hit PLAY, it would fl... read more >>

Summary: downloaded quick, not really any range of channels, and when i did click to "check it out" it would never load...just not a good thing at all!
