CNET Editors' review
Synchro Pro is limited when compared to similar folder management utilities, but it aptly handles single-folder synchronization. Nothing special to look at, its dual-pane interface offers the standard buttons and pull-down menus. Installation is a chore, as the program doesn't create any easy-to-find shortcuts. You'll have to dig through your directories to locate the shortcut that starts this utility. Many users will need to study the Help file before attempting to synchronize files. But, once you master the process, you'll easily synchronize folders in your system, removable media, and network drives. Novices will find this program ideal for creating backups of select folders. Simple file browsers allow you to easily pick the folders you want to synchronize and save the settings for future use. You can quickly select the files you want to update.
However, the lack of a scheduler tool makes file synchronization a manual process only. This freeware is simple enough for novice users needing basic file synchronization, but advanced users will need a more complete utility.
Publisher's Description
From ALBAtel:
Synchro Pro is a tool that helps you keep files and folders stored in different locations synchronized using a simple and intuitive interface. Synchro Pro detects differences in files and folders and displays them in the file structure view. You can then decide which version to keep and which to overwrite. You can also synchonize both locations with a single button to reflect the most recent version of all files.

"Couldn't get the program to function"
Version: Synchro Pro 1.0
Cons
The program installs okay, but once folders are selected, it seems unable to list any of the files in the folders, and a Java error appears in the command prompt. You might have better luck with it than I did...
