In Surgeon Simulator 2013 you play the part of a surgeon Nigel Burke. The twist is that Nigel has no medical qualifications - it's just you, some surgical tools and a body. Your goal is to complete various operations as quickly as possible with minimal blood loss starting with a heart transplant. You control the surgeon's hand with the mouse or keyboard but the first thing you'll notice Surgeon Simulator 2013 is extremely difficult to control. You control each finger separately which is tricky in itself but the hardest thing is actually picking-up tools and using them to heal and cut organs.

-Hilarious
-It accurately shows a heart and two lungs in their proper anatomic location and reflects the roughly 5L total blood volume an adult has.
-Not realistic at allCons

Since I've actually seen surgeries (including one coronary bypass) in person, I can tell you there's no realism behind this game. For starters, if you were to do any sort of heart transplantation you'd likely need a heart-and-lung bypass machine. Second, dude, half the fun of surgery is opening and closing and finding the organ to operate on! Further, most of surgery is done with various clamps and sutures. None to be found here.
This game is pure hilarity, but not realistic at all. Wanted to clear that up from the other reviewer...

Summary
After mastering this extremely detailed and realistic heart surgery simulator, I've been inspired to become an actual heart surgeon. I've applied to the McGill school of medicine and will begin my journey to saving lives next September. This game is a must-play for any aspiring medical doctor.
