Publisher's description of SupervisionCam
From PKSoft:Use your PC to capture and compare images from a video camera at intervals you define. If movement is detected, you can start a number of optional activities such as playing a sound, sending an e-mail, and launching a program or an HTML protocol. Images can be saved in BMP or JPEG format, and you can set the time interval between image captures. Support is included for features such as a fast viewer, additional cameras, a surveillance scheduler, static or dynamic motion detection, automatic updates over the Internet, external triggers, and more. It also includes an HTTP server that allows remote control and monitoring via a Web browser.
The latest version of SupervisionCam uses VfW and WDM drivers, offering more supported devices (such as DV cams) and enhanced support for multiple cameras. Additional enhancements include mask function support for color and gray sensitive filters, rotate and mirror image functions, an additional view, improved taskbar icon control, and the ability to use the screen as an image source.
CNET Editor's Note: Until the program is registered, there will be a watermark on all images. The cost to register is $25.

Version: SupervisionCam 3.0
Pros: ...which is a significant advantage over several similar programs I have found on Download.com, which just wouldn't work with my pretty ordinary USB webcam. Also, unlike others it doesn't seem to need XP, so I can set up a surveillance system on my old Windows 98 laptop.

Version: SupervisionCam 3.0
"Very good security program, better than most!"
Pros: I like this program, an excellent example of what security software should be!
You can view the stored captures as video OR STILLS!!! The author was really thinking when he designed this program!!!
So far, I have found this program to be;
Easy to set up and use.
Handles video cards and USB cams.
BEST VIDEO EVEN AT FULL SCREEN!!
Usable even free, the watermark is unobtrusive.
Excellent motion detection, even with an IR cam!
Cons: I did have a few lockups of the program.
There are a few bugs that need to be found, however, it still performed better than any other security program I have tried!

Version: SupervisionCam 3.0
Pros: Pros = it does all that it needs and more, and without having to register. that's right, completely free. I manage aproximately 6 webcams at once in one window, while multitasking and running fullscreen video intensive games and without slowing my pc. It fails to use more than 200 megs of ram with 6 cams running.
Cons: Cons = none really, except i'm too cheap to register it and would like to remove the logo from my produced videos.
