Publisher's Description
From Subsume Technologies:
Fractals are a wonderful thing. So is shameless self-promotion. Combine the two and you have Subsume, your friendly neighborhood binary fractal screen saver. You see, the Subsume Technologies logo was not meant to be thought of as a static symbol. You wouldn't spend $250,000 for a top-notch creative design agency to come up with a graphical representation of subsumption without tutoring them in, among other things, the mathematical details of multi-dimensional iterative Boolean transforms, and neither would we. Instead, we did the logo ourselves and threw together this screen saver in hopes of getting across what the dynamic nature really is. We could also prattle on about how it relates to the philosophical underpinnings of the company, but it wouldn't be marketing anymore if we started to get meaningful.
What's new in this version:
- Built specifically for 64 bit Snow Leopard users. It may run on older systems, but it may not. It may not even run properly on all 64 bit Snow Leopard Macs!
- No other major changes. It was given a new major version number just because of the wonky state of screen savers currently.
