Summary
Tech support was not helpfull, unable to get the program to load. After hours on the phone with out any help, I asked for a refund. They turned there problems around on me, stating that I would not cooperate with them. If there tech support was any good they would be able to solve easily. Now im stuck with this software! If I could do it again I would never had bought this software!!! Good luck with tech support, american number, shipped to India!

Program appears to work well, however I can't verify it does what it says it will do because it didn't recover anything in a useable format.
Cons
They have a trial version. USE IT!!! If you purchase it is non-refundable unless they can't fix a problem. If you just decide this program isn't for you.....you're not going to get a refund.
Most will consider this for recovery from a hard drive.....which is attainable through software as long as the drive is accessible.Summary
This is the first software vendor I have encountered with this type of refund policy. I can't recommend this program directly because of this. I think this is extremely poor customer relations. I personally will never buy anything from them again, regardless of how highly recommended the program may be. This is a competitive area of vendors and this program has nothing that sets it apart from the others to the point that this type of policy is acceptable.

"The worst customer/tech service I have ever encountered"

The program ran and created a recovery file which was very incomplete but functional. I lost much information

Tech service was terrible! Called by phone and was hung up on 3 times. Started SKYPE dialog and they repeatedly dropped off or didn't respond. All the while sending canned emails apologizing for the inconvenience. I received no less than a dozen of these. Signing up was very deceptive, as it lokked like the first run was free, but after I invested a bunch of time getting to the "RUN" stage, I was told I had to pay $129 to continue. I have requested a call from a supervisor to no avail. Beware of this crowd!!

Summary
I managed to deep format an SD card with important footage and pictures so I invested in this to try and get some of that back. Not only did it recover the stuff i'd just deleted but it found images from a long time ago. Very impressive and works just great for me.
Reviews saying it didn't work for them is mostly because they were trying to recover data off CD/DVD or Hard Drives. These can easily become physically damaged which isn't going to be fixed by software.
Works great to recover data lost from formatting or deleting data.
