  Quite happy with my purchase since it converted my selected EDBs into Outlook 2013 PSTs quite effortlessly. Though 1 EDB file in particular was not converting and getting stuck but after I called the Tech support they clarified me the issue & helped me to convert EDB file.

  Summary

  My boss was asking me to implement Office 365 for a long time but I kept delaying it as I was scared that if any disaster or error occurs it would result in massive downtime but however with the help of Stellar EDB to PST Converter, I was able to migrate more than 320 mailboxes from Exchange 2010 to Office 365.

  Summary

  I have been a System Administrator for 7+ years and I think Stellar EDB to PST Converter tool has helped me in cutting my workload significantly as conversion through the native Powershell command line was extremely tedious. This amazing software also lets me archive user data without the need of dismounting the current database which causes a lot of inconveniences and also leads to downtime. All in all, this software is worth the investment!!

  Pros

  No matter how large your EDB file is, the software easily converts EDB to PST Option to migrate mailboxes to another Exchange is really useful

  Cons

  The software crashed on first launch, but took help from their tech support and they helped me to fix the problem, after that the software worked just brilliantly

  Summary

  My personal experience with this software was simply great as it solved my purpose. The software exported all of the mailbox items, including all sub folders to a new PST file

  I have been using this tool since last 2 years and not even once, I faced any issue. Recently, I upgraded the version of the tool which I bought 2 years back to the latest version as I got to know that Stellar has added a feature to the tool which helps in migrating mailboxes from one Exchange Server to another and we were in a phase of Exchange migration. So, used this EDB converter and it saved us a lot of time and efforts in mailbox migration. I must say that Stellar is in a habit to add some useful features to its products every year to make the life easier for the administrators like me.

• Japanese not supported, bad user support

  Summary

  Before buying a license of EDB to PST converting tool, I made sure that japanese language was supported by contacting them. Unfortunately, after a few tests, when the tool is in "Offline mode", it cannot read correctly information from EDB file. The japanese characters are all messed up, useless for us. I contacted the support, provided a sample edb file and after a few mails finally the problem was escalated. I asked regularly to know if the problem could be reproduced in their environment but they could not give me any information, I just had to wait... Finally they said that they could reproduce the problem and that next version would contain the fix ! But they had no visibility about when next version would be available, I just had to check their website regularly.. Finally I tried the new version after a few months and of course the problem is not fixed at all ! Feature that was supposed to be working doesn't work (japanese support), the "fixed version" doesn't work and the support could not give me any information regarding the progress on this case...

  Exported my Exchange 2003 mailboxes to another live server without any downtime Fast & efficient

  It is the best alternative of CodeTwo for migration, couldn't find any bad thing about this software

  Summary

  I was assigned a task to migrate users mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to 2010 and tried Exmerge and powershell scripts top accomplish the task but with no success and moreover the process was taking too much time. So, upon someone's suggestion, decided to try migration tool and tried this one by Stellar and successfully completed the migration in a timely manner.
