Staff Files is an easy and affordable solution for today's managers and human resource professionals who need to track, store, retrieve, and safeguard employee information. It is a comprehensive human resource (HR) system that saves you time by organizing staff records in one location. With Staff Files' quick-tab navigation system, you can store all types of personnel information. You can track sick leave and vacation time accruals, document performance evaluations, maintain training and certification information, record benefits, store wage rates, and many other duties traditionally involving tedious paperwork. You can also store employee photos and other important documents within Staff Files such as scanned W-2s and resumes. Because each business is different, identify facts important to your business and define your own fields. Staff Files includes pre-written HR letters and staff reports to export into PDF, Word, or Excel for one-click print or e-mail distribution.
Version 6.0.1 adds a new Incidents tab to record disciplinary warnings and workplace accidents, new group enrollment tools for training and time-off accruals, and new reminders to alert you to important dates for your user-defined fields.

"Tracks EVERYTHING about your employees."
Pros: Eliminates paper files.
Easy to use and maintain.
Saves hours of time for finding and retrieving employee data.Cons: It is not Mac compatible.
Summary: Staff Files is a life saver. I own a small business and we can't afford a large HR system nor can we settle for storing everything in paper files.
