Sprinx CTI Client significantly improves phone call handling. With Sprinx CTI Client you will know everything about the caller even before picking the phone up. You can also dial phone numbers directly from Web pages or an external contact database. Sprinx CTI Client is integrated with major CRM solutions and is compatible with all TAPI 3.0 compliant devices including digital and analog PBXes and VoIP devices. Version 2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
