Version: Software Ideas Modeler 5.50
Pros
Does the job and does it well! New GUI looks great and user friendly!

"Very user friendly"
Version: Software Ideas Modeler 4.103
Pros
I am a newb at uml modeling but I tried ArgoUML and Software Ideas Modeling. and SIM is much more user friendly and lets your start modeling with minimal time wasted learning how to use the editor.
Havent use the more complex feature like code generation or reverse ingennering yet; but I'm very please with the diagram editor.Cons
Seems to be lacking documentation. In fact the only documentation I found at the moment was the website forum. But, I must say that getting reply directly from what seems to be the developer of the application is kind of cool
Summary
Very user-friendly.
Better than ArgoUML
Havent use the more complex feature like code generation or reverse ingennering yet; but I'm very please with the diagram editor.
