SnakeTail is a Windows tail utility to monitor text log files and Windows Event Logs. It features multiple Window Modes supported, save and load entire window session, customize tail Window color and font, sentence color highlight based on keywords, and quickly jump between highlighted sentences, toggle bookmarks and quickly jump between bookmarks, configure external tools and bind custom shortcut key, search in the entire text log file, and tail new log files with a simple drag drop from Windows Explorer. Filtering of Windows Event Logs using regular expressions and display simple process statistics in window title bar.

Pros
No installation needed. Simple user interface.
I have used Tail-32 for Win32 for many years but I realized the display doesn't update in Windows 7 64. But even if it did work, I prefer snake tail now for the interface.Cons
