"Perfect desktop support tool for small IT shops"

Pros
Does nearly everything you'd want in a remote desktop control platform
Very configurable for all types of situationsCons
Can be buggy at times, but they do release updates often.
Summary
I use this tool to help me with around 100 desktop computers. As a 1 man IT shop, every second counts at times in getting user's problems fixes and keeping their computers running in top condition. Without this tool, it would be impossible for me to accomplish that task. At least not without spending 100 times more on other much harder to use utilities.
