"Very interesting, but overly complex"

Pros
shorter programs than BASIC. Fast output. Good debugging.
Seems very powerful once you find the handle.Cons
Tutorial inadequate. Some illustrative programs wouldn't run and returned "RUN_TIME errors.
Summary
I'm on lesson 6 and will continue to the end. Might prove useful. Frankly, BASIC does it easier despite longer programming. Your tutorial should have been written by a teacher rather than a computer scientist.
