From ServersCheck:

The ServersCheck Remote Booting software enables you to remotely rebooting a server or remotely start/stop/restart a service. It runs a service on any Windows. The software is accessed using any Web browser. Use the username and password to authenticate. Once logged in, select the action you want to perform and provide a reason. All activity is logged for further analysis.

Version 1.03 is a bug-fixing release.

What's new in this version: Minor bug fixes and released as freeware
