If you have bought a real account then fill in the Ser-Rem corresponding fields with the login information received after the purchase. Click "Connect". Wait about 30 seconds to get connected to the Server.

Pros
Unlocked my Motorola V3v without problem.
Cons
Not any cons, really. To be hyper critical, it's not made clear that your phone should be connected to computer BEFORE you start to run the programme.
Summary
Run the programme, and after analysing your phone, IF it can be unlocked, you are taken to a website to pay (paypal/credit card). You are then issued with a code and password. Run programme again from start, enter codes and follow simple on screen instructions.
Does involve disconnecting phone, removing battery and reconnecting several times.
