Send2Salesforce is a quick tool that lets you quickly add attachments to existing account / contact or opportunity records in your Salesforce.com database. Use SendToSalesforce as an easy way to attach quotations, legal files, scanned images, PowerPoint or any other type of file a couple of different ways. You can drag a file onto the desktop shortcut to call up the application. It will let you search a contact, account, or opportunity to attach the file to. Use the paperclip to complete the attachment or the record type icon to immediately be sent to the record in Salesforce.com.

Version: Send2Salesforce 1.1

"Great tool for file adds but login needs automation"

Pros: simple drag and drop add files easily integration with SFA good

Cons: need to keep a separate file of my encrypted password have to enter user id and pwd every time i open tool

Summary: Worth using and getting to know 3rd party tools to SFA
